The SWT Leak Detection System, A-C-LD-1000, with Call Notification is designed with phone messaging notification in the event of a water leak. When liquid is detected, the main incoming water valve to the water room will close, an alarm will sound and phone notifications will go out to the programmed phone numbers. Phone number programming is easily changed with a touch tone phone.
