Vince Barker started Specialty Water Technologies because he wasn’t satisfied with current state of water purification in dialysis clinics. Vince started out as a biotech in a dialysis clinic all the way back in 1986. He soon began tinckering with the machines that he was charged with managing and quickly became an expert on their operation. In 1996 he started his first business to create a better water purification system. That company was Dialysis Services Incorporated and was in business until 2006 when it was sold to Marcor. But Vince was not done tinkering and started another business, Specialty water technologies in 2008. Since then specialty water has flourished, servicing over XXX dialysis clinics and introducing such innovations into the field as ….. Today swt is widely regarded as the top name in water purification for dialysis and vince is known as the leading expert in the field. Our continuuing mission is to keep innovating, we innovate to increase the quality of water and therefore health and to make the lives of the people that manage our equipment as easy as possible.
